Seyed jalal Taravati Born 1953 - Hamedan Iran studied mechanical engineering at Iran science & Technology Univesity ( Elm o Sanaat university ) - Tehran . With over 30 years design and field exerience , he was headed the mechanical engineering department of the Iranian Ministry of Housing and Urban design for past 10 years.
